We recommend all our patients attend a free informational seminar.  Our team, including one of our surgeons, will present the surgical options available, discuss risks and benefits, talk about nutrition before and after, and answer your questions about weight loss surgery.  An insurance counselor is available at every seminar as well.   If you would like to attend please register by completing the seminar form below. We do require that all patients complete and return a health and diet history packet. You can pick that up at the seminar, call us at 859-263-2022 to receive a packet in the mail,  or click on the link below and print.  Within two weeks of sending us your packet, we will contact you for your first appointment.
